A customer called up asking for us to take a look at his sons computer as it wasn't running as it should. Attending their home and looking over the computer it was found to not have all the drivers installed nor the Nivida App for the Graphics card. The Bios was out of date by over 2 years and needed updating which fixed some other issues the son had.
After all the updates been applied, we helped purchased the new game and attach the license to Steam and installed the game. All sorted for the son.
