A Yorkshire Computer System’s Customer called us with an issue with the keys on their laptop keyboard. Some of the keys wern’t working and a couple were sticking when pressed. This laptop model requires a full palm rest replacement as the keyboard is plastic welded to the palm rest. We replaced the palm rest and everything was back to normal
